Lawsuit Filed 3/3/10 Seeks Cancellation of

$38 Million Dollars in Lease Payments on Behalf of Over 1,600 Medical Professionals

Steven Wigdor, OD, Eric M. Radzwill, O.D. and Steven R. Koganovsky, O.D. have filed a nationwide class action on March 3, 2010 in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court against Brican America, Inc., Brican America, LLC and their leasing company, Professional Solutions Financial Services alleging that they and thousands of medical professionals nationwide were victimized by a pyramid scheme which such companies facilitated or orchestrated. The Brican companies induced thousands of doctors and dentists to place plasma monitor computerized information centers in their waiting rooms with the promise that they would make advertizing payments to the doctors and dentists that would make the systems “virtually free”. After Brican stopped making its advertising payments, Wigdor, Radzwill, and Koganovsky hired  Hollywood, Florida class action attorney David H. Charlip, Esquire to seek cancellation of their leases or to recover the promised advertising payments as well as damages and injunctive relief under Florida’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

“These companies have victimized thousands of doctors and dentists throughout the country.” said Charlip.
